A UK born mosaic artist now living in Canada. Robert has established himself as a fine mosaic artist and has shown his work in successful exhibitions. He is soon to install his first major commission, a 9 clerestory window mosaic based on Norse and Norman art for a private residence.

I am a self taught mosaic artist and have spent 4 years perfecting my craft. My background in home decorating and set design for the film industry has given me an esthetic view of simple objects.
Each mosaic is constructed using hundreds of hand cut pieces of stained glass, placed on one of my original designs. I use my own formula of grout, sealant and adhesive to give a smooth beautiful finish that will last for years and years.
